From the Moment You Arrive, Your Wish Is Our Delight
One of the highlights of the Serenity at Coconut Bay luxury experience is our private check-in feature, which your personal butler makes possible. Once you arrive at the resort, your butler will help you with your luggage and personally escort you to your suite for check-in. After getting you settled, your butler will advise of the many options for him or her to assist you during your stay: from arranging private dinners and spa services in your suite to a private tour of the island.
Wine and Dine in the Privacy of Your Plunge Pool Suite
Your Serenity butler will also be in charge of serving you in-suite meals and making you premium cocktails at your request. All of this will happen in the privacy of your patio, where your butler will serve you a breakfast of your choosing each morning. Later in the afternoon, you can look forward to seeing your butler’s mixology skills at their finest when they craft you signature cocktails using your custom-stocked outdoor wet bar.
Pool and Beach Arrangements Whenever You Desire
Fancy a relaxing afternoon at the pool? Your butler will be there to serve poolside afternoon appetizers, cocktails, and other refreshments. If you’re in the mood for the beach, your butler can arrange everything from a private beach picnic to beach cabana reservations complete with refreshments. In the evening, your butler can arrange a private pool cabana dinner, so you can enjoy a romantic meal in paradise.
Your Guide to Adventures and Excursions
Feeling adventurous? Let your butler know! Serenity butlers will arrange golf cart transfers to any location on property and will be happy to assist in reserving private tours or excursions to see the highlights of our exotic island. Let your butler know what kind of tours you are interested in, and they will make arrangements for you to experience ziplining, ATV excursions, horseback riding, snorkeling/diving, fishing and more!
Stress-Free Departure Guidance and Management
At the end of your escape to Serenity at Coconut Bay, your butler will once again be there to guide you. Your butler will brief you on your flight and airport transfer information the evening before you depart and arrange your private transfer to Hewanorra International Airport.

Each Serenity Plunge Pool Suite has a gourmet delivery box that allows you to receive room service items, such as food trays, without ever having to see or be seen by our staff or other guests.
