Serenity at Coconut Bay was recently honored by TripAdvisor with a Bravo Badge for the numerous excellent reviews posted to the resort’s TripAdvisor page by recent travelers. A Bravo Badge from TripAdvisor is awarded to a resort that receives at least 15 “excellent” customer reviews.
This award recognizes establishments that are focused on delivering great service to customers, and consistently earning excellent traveler reviews maintaining an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five. There is no application process for the Certificate of Excellence, this achievement is earned over time, and only extended to qualifying businesses once a year.
