Serenity at Coconut Bay is delighted to receive the LUXlife Travel & Tourism award for Best Luxury Resort 2023 – Saint Lucia. The judging panel and research team spotlighted winners selected for their exceptional expertise, attentive services, commitment, innovation, and overall hard work.

Serenity at Coconut Bay has been honored with three 2022 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best Awards ranking #2 in the TOP 25 Most Romantic Hotels in the Caribbean, #3 in the TOP 25 Caribbean Luxury Hotels and #5 in the TOP 25 Caribbean Hotels. This is the third consecutive year Serenity at Coconut Bay has received the Best of the Best accolades. Winners were chosen based on a full year of 2021 TripAdvisor reviews, and represent the cream of the crop of the top 1% in hospitality worldwide.

Serenity at Coconut Bay continues to be recognized for its commitment to exemplary service and unforgettable experiences receiving the 2019 British Airways Customer Excellence Award for the second time. This award showcases hotels who most impressed British Airways customers with Serenity receiving an overall score of 9.5 out of a possible 10 putting it in the top 5% of the airline’s highest-rated hotels for 2019.

Serenity at Coconut Bay was recently honored by TripAdvisor with a Bravo Badge for the numerous excellent reviews posted to the resort’s TripAdvisor page by recent travelers. A Bravo Badge from TripAdvisor is awarded to a resort that receives at least 15 “excellent” customer reviews.

This award recognizes establishments that are focused on delivering great service to customers, and consistently earning excellent traveler reviews maintaining an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five. There is no application process for the Certificate of Excellence, this achievement is earned over time, and only extended to qualifying businesses once a year. Approximately 10% of businesses receive a Certificate of Excellence.

Costco Travel has rated Serenity at Coconut Bay a 2019 Preferred Hotel for exceptional quality, value, service and amenities. This award recognizes the resort’s outstanding support and contribution, its commitment to excellence and providing the best possible vacation experience for Costco members.

Serenity at Coconut Bay was chosen “Best All-Inclusive Resort” in the 2019 edition of the Caribbean Journal Travelers’ Choice Awards, celebrating the best in Caribbean travel.The awards were voted on by the subscribers – and frequent travelers – to Caribbean Journal, the world’s largest website covering Caribbean travel.

The “hard-to-impress editors” at Brides magazine vetted the top destinations, hotels, resorts, adventure lodges, all-inclusive brands, cruise lines, and more, to offer readers above-and-beyond travel recommendations, awarding Serenity at Coconut Bay the 2019 Brides Honeymoon Award.

This award comes from unbiased customer reviews and is designed to showcase the hotels making their guests the happiest, with Serenity at Coconut Bay receiving an impressive overall score of 9.0 out of a possible 10.  As part of its commitment to providing high-quality holidays, British Airways uses customer feedback to find its top-rated hotels. British Airways Holidays, one of the UK’s leading tour operators, works with Reevoo, an independent and impartial third-party company, to collect reviews from genuine British Airways Holidays customers who are asked to score hotels based on location, service, cleanliness, and sleep quality.
