How do I utilize butler services?
Your butler is available to assist with unpacking and packing; in-suite dining, cocktail and wine service; booking spa appointments and, island excursions; dinner reservations; setting up private meals and much more.
What does all-inclusive mean at Serenity?
It means unlimited in-suite and restaurant dining, unlimited beverages (premium, top shelf spirits; wine; soda and juice) in-suite and at the resort bars. It also means unlimited access to Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa’s restaurants, bars, fitness center, entertainment and activities.
Can I order meals in my suite?
Yes, your butler will also see to every detail of gourmet, in-suite dining from breakfast in bed to romantic dinners and room service is available 24-hours a day.
Can I arrange for spa treatments in our suite?
Yes, you can select from a range of specialty treatments and your butler will be happy to schedule our licensed therapists to come to your suite.
Which airport should I fly into?
St. Lucia is home to two airports SLU (George F. L. Charles Airport) and UVF (Hewanorra International Airport). We recommend UVF which is located just minutes from Serenity and your complimentary transfers to and from UVF are included.
How far away from the airport is Serenity?
Serenity is ideally located only 5 minutes from Saint Lucia’s Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) so your vacation can begin moments after you arrive on the island and you will not have to endure a long transfer.
How are airport transfers arranged?
Transfers to and from Serenity are included in your luxury all-inclusive stay. After clearing immigration and customs on arrival at UVF, proceed outside to the Serenity service kiosk. Our airport concierge will greet you and arrange your transfer to the resort.
Is there an age restriction for Serenity guests?
Serenity welcomes adult guests ages 21 and up.
Do I need to bring and adapter for electrical appliances?
No, all luxury suites in Serenity offer 110V and 220V outlets.
What amenities are provided in my suite?
In addition to butler services every luxury suite features complimentary Wi-Fi; air conditioning and ceiling fan; 55-inch Smart TV; Bose Sound System; luxury bath amenities; bathrobes and slippers; hairdryer; personalized wet-bar stocked on arrival and as needed with soda, bottled water and premium top-shelf spirits; coffee and tea maker; espresso machine; iron and board; room safe and more.
What is the accepted currency in St. Lucia?
The local currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar, however US Dollars are accepted island-wide.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is 11 am. We will make every effort to check you into your suite if you arrive prior to 3pm but until then for your convenience there is a courtesy shower and changing room and you can begin enjoying everything Serenity offers.
Is there Wi-Fi and Internet access?
Free Wi-Fi is offered in your luxury suite and throughout the resort.
What is your beach like?
Our beach is one of the longest on the island (one mile) and it is a short walk or golf cart ride from your luxury suite.
Are you able to accommodate food allergies or special diets?
Your butler will review your dining and beverage preferences upon arrival and will immediately address any food allergies or dietary restrictions with our chefs.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is permitted in outdoor common areas but it is not permitted in the suites.
Is there a resort dress code?
Casual by day, resort attire in the evening and at the Greathouse Restaurant. Silk and Calabash restaurants at Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa have a dress code for dinner. Click here for details.
What travel documents do I need?
A valid passport from the US, Canada or the UK is the only documentation required for travel to Saint Lucia. Other international guests may require a Visa. Please enquire with your travel agent or the Saint Lucia Tourist Board.
