Once you arrive at the resort, your butler will help you with your luggage and personally escort you to your suite for check-in. After getting you settled, your butler will advise of the many options for him or her to assist you during your stay: from arranging private dinners and spa services in your suite to a private tour of the island.

Your Serenity butler will also be in charge of serving you in-suite meals and making you premium cocktails at your request. Serenity butlers will arrange golf cart transfers to any location on property and will be happy to assist in reserving private tours or excursions to see the highlights of our exotic island. Let your butler know what kind of tours you are interested in, and they will make arrangements for you to experience ziplining, ATV excursions, horseback riding, snorkeling/diving, fishing and more!
Stress-Free Departure Guidance and Management
At the end of your escape to Serenity at Coconut Bay, your butler will once again be there to guide you. Your butler will brief you on your flight and airport transfer information the evening before you depart and arrange your private transfer to Hewanorra International Airport.
