That’s fine, your butler and the Serenity staff are ready when you are, but we’d still like to make sure your suite is personalized for your arrival. So, about a week before you are scheduled to arrive at Serenity at Coconut Bay fill it out here and click submit. We’ll do the rest!
What’s Addressed on the Pre-Arrival Form?
Our detailed pre-arrival form is designed to explore all your desires, preferences, and aspirations for your time in Serenity. We want to understand what you’re looking for in a vacation, what you love most, anything special you are celebrating, and which special touches will truly take your all-inclusive experience to the next level. Our form is thoughtfully designed to do just that. This form includes details on your drink and dietary preferences, desired activities, and the purpose of your stay.
Stocking Your Minibar
To start, your Plunge Pool Butler Suite features a stocked minibar starting with your choice of two bottles of your favorite premium spirits from Scotch or Irish whiskey to cognac or tequila. You may decide that you’ll need some mixers too. Just let us know what you prefer, and your butler will stock your bar daily. Alongside your liquor and mixers, we’ll also supply you with a stock of bottled water, soda, and juice.
Your pre-arrival form gives us a great starting point as we begin preparing your room. However, you can make adjustments as needed throughout your stay. Your butler will be happy to blend a few cocktails and share a few recipes, just ask! If you find a new favorite, we can make sure you have all the essentials on hand for satisfying sips throughout the rest of your stay.
Preparing Your Meals
Do you have dietary preferences? Our talented culinary team will create delicious, personalized meals no matter what your needs. In addition to our vegan menu offerings at every meal, we also offer vegetarian meals as well as gluten- dairy- and sugar-free options. Our talented chefs can accommodate many dietary allergies from nuts to shellfish. Remember too, at Serenity, in addition to reservation-free dining at The Greathouse, you have the choice of everything from 24-hour contactless room service to your butler arranging breakfast in bed or a private in-suite dinner under the stars.

Let us know in your pre-arrival form and we’ll make it memorable. Occasions aside, if you’re thinking about pampering and romance, your butler will see to all the details for an in-suite spa treatment or a private beach cabana picnic.
Your pre-arrival form includes space to indicate all your favorite activities including ziplining, horseback riding, sunset cruises, ATV tours, watersports, and more.
